Delivery/Shipping Methods.

We aim to dispatch your goods, to anywhere in the World, within 10 business days of receipt of payment and all required music/files.

All of our delivery charges include handling, packaging and postal charges.

If your item is damaged or lost during delivery, and it is fully covered by the delivery company's insurance, we will offer a full refund or re-cut once the claim process from the delivery company has completed.

Please be advised if you select a delivery service that offers no insurance or the insurance offered does not cover the full cost of your order and your delivery gets damaged or lost we will only refund the insured amount and not offer the option of re-cutting them.

Customers in the Channel Island or Isle of Man please select UK as country and Channel Island/Isle of Man in the region box at check out/estimate shipping costs.

For deliveries under 2KG within the UK we use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (signed for) & Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

• Royal Mail 1st Class (Standard) – Delivery time 1 - 7 business days, no tracking & up to £25 compensation.
• Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For) – Delivery time 1 - 7 business days, limited tracking, requires signature & up to £50 compensation.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Signed For) – Delivery time 3 - 7 business days, limited tracking, requires signature & up to £50 compensation.
• Royal Mail Next Day Delivery* - Guaranteed next day (not including Saturday) before 1pm, full online tracking, requires signature & up to £750 compensation.

For deliveries over 2KG within the UK we use DHL Parcel UK Next Day Delivery & Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

• DHL Parcel UK Next Day Delivery* - Guaranteed next day, fully insured, online tracking & requires a signature.
• Royal Mail Next Day Delivery* - Guaranteed next day (not including Saturday) before 1pm, online tracking, requires signature & up to £500 compensation.

*Please note Next Day Delivery means you should receive your order the day after it has been completed and not the day after your order date.

For deliveries to the rest of the world we use Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed & DHL Parcel UK International.

• Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed – Delivery times 3 - 7 business days, online tracking, requires signature & fully insured.
• DHL Parcel UK International Delivery -  Delivery time 3 - 7 business days, fully insured, online tracking & requires a signature.
  

Pick Up From Store.

You can pick your order up from us Monday, Wednesday & Thursday between 10am - 7pm and Tues day & Friday between 10am - 4pm, please telephone at least 20 minutes before you arrive to confirm someone will be here.

Free Delivery

CUTADUB offers free UK delivery via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery on any order over £350.

Your orders tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your package.

All prices are for postage, packaging & handling.

Please note prices DO NOT include any import duty, customs fees or taxes. Any duty, fee or tax will have to be paid by you, the customer, upon receipt of your order.

If you, the customer, asks for a lower amount to be put on the package paperwork because of high taxes. duty or tariffs in your country this will mean if the package is lost or damaged we will only offer a refund up to the amount of value on the package paper work and will not offer the option of re-cutting them.
