The new upload box seems to be causing problems for some people. Please make sure all files say 'Complete' next to them when uploading, if they do not show complete then they have not uploaded.
If you do have trouble it is probably best to use a file share site/app such as wetransfer.com or dropbox and either add the download links to your order notes or email them to us.
You could also try zipping the files and uploading the zip file, this sometimes works.
